Pull orders from Tru-Commerce Electronic Data Interface System Once the order is filled in shipping, transmit invoices through the Tru-Commerce EDI System and input into our in-house accounting software, Sage (Peachtree).
Schedule shipping carriers per customer directions.
Resolve customer issues as they arise.
Heavy Data Entry with extreme attention to detail.
General office duties.
Back-up for phones.
Requirements include:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Sage/Quickbooks and accounting experience is a plus.
Must be highly motivated, extremely organized, customer-centric, detail oriented, work well in a team environment as well as work independently, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
Some overtime is required during peak season.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
