The Intern experience at Lands' End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust career path in eCommerce.
Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Digital Retail while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Learn how to merchandise the product catalog to drive customer engagement, increase conversion and optimize search relevancy on all device typesAssist in planning and developing seasonal strategies, promotional events and regular site optimizationProvide analysis of key product categories' performance and merchandising strategies for Learn the basic foundation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)Identify, monitor and optimize external & internal search performance for a business categoryConduct competitive intelligence researchHelp support audit process for navigation, category and product pages, product recommendations and data integrityParticipate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadershipOther duties as assignedSuccessful eCommerce candidates are business focused with a strong interest in learning how to use digital technologies to achieve results.
They also possess the following skills:
Progress towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications or related field preferredAbility to multi-task, work with a team, deadline driven, high quality work, desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projectsHigh level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude and excellent attention to detailInnovative and critical thinker with the ability to think strategically and work tactically with cross-functional partnersOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs skillsDesired, but not required:
Confluence, JIRA, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, MOZ, Google AdWordsSalary:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
