This role does have flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (up to 3 days per week in the office).
The role will support the sale of lumber to customers, focused primarily on providing customer service to support internal and external customers, with accountability for on-time, accurate deliveries, and positive customer experience.

Our Southern mills produce approximately 2.
3 billion board feet of lumber annually from eleven lumber facilities located in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina and sells to targeted customers in specific market segments.
The sales organization operates in a team-based environment to ensure strong delivery of value to the business and timely delivery of quality products to customers.
Key Functions:
Utilizing SAP and other sales tools to accurately process sales orders along with the management of invoicing without error or delay Providing outstanding customer support from initial contact to when product arrives to customer Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and vendors; initiate contact with and/or responds to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, or services; coordinate and support information flow within business Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Investigate and resolve customer issues using problem solving techniques and sound judgment Maintain customer data within SAP, which includes completing new customer set up requests Support continuous system & process improvement to meet business objectives and goals Manage reports, quarterly committed planning, and claims resolution/processing Monitor expected production and manage order files to help us make and deliver products that best meet customer needs Adjust orders and tallies based on diligent monitoring and problem solving with sales representatives and product management team Qualifications High School Diploma, with associates, or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of customer service with some sales & supply chain experience preferred Experience in manufacturing / wood products / building materials preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong accuracy working with data and information Builds and maintains productive working relationships, even in difficult situations Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written) Computer competence in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, keyboarding, numerical keypad, and other applications Demonstrates integrity and high personal standards Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Ability to present self in a professional manner, take initiative to get the job done Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Superior administrative skills, positive attitude, exemplary work ethic and attendance record SAP or other order entry software system experience Attention to detail What We Offer:
Compensation:
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $48,200 to $72,200 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience.
You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay.
Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:
We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment.
In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
