This home has beautiful hardwood floors in about 74% of the house. The large master bedroom has hardwood floors Two large windows and two closets. Hardwood simulated paneling covers the walls. A large ceiling fan helps circulate the air. A king bed with headboard has been used in this room leaving room for two dressers and night stands on each side of the bed. Each room has a closet, a small window and a ceiling fan. These rooms are large enough to easily fit a Queen bed and dresser. A small bedroom with hardwood floor a closet a small window and the 1/2 bathroom (with window) is great for an office a single person or child (two if they are small enough or bunk beds) sewing room or guest room. I would not put a bed larger than a double in this room unless you want to walk in and lay on the bed. :) The half bath is small with a single small window and contains the water heater and a central vac system. We never use the central vac system anymore; a small lightweight vacuum designed for wood floors is much more efficient. The windows were updated a few years back, open up and down, and have security locks. The security locks allow you to leave the windows slightly open yet locked so that they will open no further. The shaded metal roof and updated windows keep the house cool or warm at the correct time of year. Utilities are low for this house. Reportedly under 300 and near 200 with all utilities included in estimate. This estimate came from a family with 4 children in the house. Entergy CenterPoint Energy-Arkla (gas) and HSMU (water) are the required utilities. We cover the trash fees. The living room and dining room are one big room with the very basic kitchen off of the dining room. The carport entrance is into the kitchen. The front door is through the living room and onto the gated porch. The yard is fenced and small enough to mow (quickly and your responsibility.) big enough to enjoy the space and is very shaded almost 100% of the time. The yard needs some love. Several covered parking areas to get in and out without getting wet or too much sun. Private - yet very close (walking distance) to Harps, McDonalds, a gas station and other amenities. This area has grown a lot in the past ten years. Just over 1.5 miles from the Hot Springs bypass getting to and from work or entertainment is quick and easy. One of the best school districts in Arkansas Lake Hamilton School District.
